CHURUP LAKE

The Churup Lake is located a few kilometers from Huaraz, in the Ancash region. It is included in the route to Llupa and Pitec, at an altitude of 4450 msnm. It is a beautiful turquoise turquoise lake and cold temperature is also one of the most visited and includes a popular trekking route.

In order to reach the Churup lake, you must access from Pitec with tourist transportation, starting the walk to the rocks; from the lake you can see the mountain of Churup.
